for some days now i get this information anytime i choose to print. sometimes i get lucky and scrape through but most often i don't. the issue raised 'x 15.10:00. restart the printer. if the problem persists, call support. caution! hot surfaces inside the printer. do not touch heating modules.' i have tried to contact support but am being ignored because i am out of warranty. the out of warranty support page isn't working so if anyone has any idea to fix this issue kindly help.
