The printer was giving an error and I ran diagnositics... an OOP senser was needed so I got that and installed it today. Now the printer keeps saying that there is a paper jam and there is not... and also everytime i reboot it says it was not shut down properly (and it was shut down correctly). I just tried to reset to factory and I can't get through the set up becuase the screen keeps getting taken over by the supposed paper jam. It anyone has any ideas....
