using roll paper 36inc, mostly at the end of the roll, where the paper is "more curly" the printed paper dosnt exit the plotter easilly. it scratches at the bottom area of the exit part. the result of all this, is that the plotter takes back the exiting part of the paper - paper jam. i must be over the ploter and help the paper come out manually.

terrible construction mistake by HP. after all this experiance, such a childish mistake.
