even if installed new printhead, every now and then replace printhead message appears why

Dealing with a similar issue with a client right now. Look closely at the ink supply tubes. Tubes should be a solid color from the ink in the tube. If you see bubbles the primer motor might be failing. Word of warning, if you are in the service menus "ONLY SELECT INCREMENTAL PURGE" Selecting full purge will set the device to asking for a new printhead and according to the support agent I was talking to there is no way around that.
