I HAVE ASKED A QUESTION AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING SOMEONE REPLIED BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME SEE THE REPLY

Can you clarify "....outdated and ne" please?  Are you seeing this message on the printer control panel or on your computer screen.

Check this page:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t730-printer/8764508

It has a download for the preview feature.  Click on "Software Utility".

When I hit the print button that is when I get the message saying the print preview is outdated and need to download a new driver, I did that but it still does the same thing.

I have a T730 right here in my office.  On your computer, look at the Control Panel/Devices and Printers menu.  You should see a list of printers and devices that are active on your computer.  You should see a printer "HP Designjet T730V4".  If you don't see that, you need to download that driver from here on the HP website:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t730-printer/8764508.  (See screen grab below.)  This is the driver for the printer itself, not for the print preview feature.  Be sure to remove the driver you have loaded now, then reboot the computer and load the new driver.

I haven't run into the same problem you are having on my T730 (so far) so only solution I know of is to try downloading the software I showed you earlier that is the updated version of the Print Preview feature.  I left a link to it in the earlier post.  The driver for the Print Preview feature is on the same page as the driver I linked to above.  Download the latest driver.

Another thing you can try is to shut off the print preview feature.  Go to your printer's preferences and on the right hand side of the screen right above the word "Cancel",  you should see the option to turn off the print preview.  Turn that off and try printing then and see it that will at least let you print.

Also, after you downloaded the driver for the Print Preview, did you install it?  You should've gotten a confirmation that it loaded.
