How long does a printhead last before having to replace?  Have changed ink cartridges but still error

There is no exact answer to how long will printhead last.  There are too many factors that affect the life expectancy of the printhead.

Warranty on the printhead is 1 year or 4000 ml of ink cycled trough the printhead whatever comes first.

What's the error message say?

As said, it's hard to predict the printhead life.  I've had some that lasted for years and have accumulated over 17,000 hours since being inserted.  Others have failed in just a few months but my experience has been that's usually an indicator of some other problem with either the ink delivery system or the carriage or the trailing cables.

You say you've "changed ink cartridges".  Which ones and how many?  Or are you referring to the printheads?

When you make a print, what happens?  Or does the error preclude you from printing?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
