Hi,
We have problem on HP Latex 3100 which is hard down now. There were some software upgrades done on the firmware which is resulting into a fault & not allowing it to be cleared.
System Error 22.02.11:06 - which disarms the machine
This fault relates to a possible broken bag in the light Cyan intermediate tank in slot 11
The tech found that the Light Cyan bulk ink box was empty
We have replaced the empty bulk ink unit and have tried to activate the intermediate tank replacement but every time the machine starts up it goes straight into fault and will not allow me to proceed with any diagnostics or repairs whilst it is Disarmed.

May be there latex magicians could help more 🙂 but the tech support guy must know where to check before starting the printer...

My opinion - not everything is properly checked or cleaned by the technician.... connectors, ink in the airlines if this error is popping up...check the link I sent you and make some conclusions..may be this technician must visit you again...
