hello
a costumer call me for a print quality issue after i have seen that all the nozzles printing in black color then i decided to replace the print head kit after we make cleaning head several times
i replaced the print head with a new one and every thing was perfect
a four month later the same costumer call me for the same issue i go there and fide that there is a black ink in the other colors
i make print head cleaning and it worked fine
a week later it is return to the same problem
i have another costumer with the same problem but the print head is working in the printer for more than 3 years
this is the diagnostic print
i have another diagnostic print for another t830 for different costumer with same issue

Is there any ink inside the printer that would suggest a printhead leak? It is possible that you have a defective printhead and if it is still under warranty I would contact HP tech support and arrange for a replacement. support.hp.com

But the old printhead that I replaced before have the same problem when I print diagnostic
test print all the colors was black . and do not reach the time or the ink quantity that must to fire
Because of this reson I have a suspect that svs or prime pump is not functioning properly.
