"one or more cartridges appear to be damaged" message persists. Black cartridge (K). I have replaced cartridge with brand new ones. problem persists. I have downloaded latest firmware. problem persists. PLEASE HELP !!

its like problem with t 520 

i replace print head and same problem

 

i make hard reset  and PHA reset   its work  🙂 

 

maybe you need to try this if not work after this replace print head again
