replace pip on latex 365

Hey there, so my 365 started by saying lm ink sensor was not working correctly. i first switched out my ink then with no luck i switched the pip. i followed the directions that i recieved making my way into the service menu and installing the new pip. when i do sensor check it registers the new pip and all is good. i cleared the erron?(not sure it matters) and still its saying replace the faulty cartridg...ivee read every fourm and tried  just about every thing ive read.  thanks for any input its much apreciated
