have put in print head replacement kit new but is telling me not enough ink to compleate setup of new printhead

the printhead comes with ink cartridges and you must use those when performing the setup. The printer needs to know that there is enough ink to finish the setup otherwise the head can wind up with air in it.

in your case, check all ink cartridges 1 by 1 & make sure all have enough inks...
because when new printhead was replaced & printer prepare ink system, if 1 of the ink
has not enough ink & that problem will come out...
Myself had similar problem & forgot to check all ink levels first...
