Product: plotter designjet t120

buonasera, oggi (senza alcun preavviso) la stampante ha generato l'errore "probabile errore di testinala".

con molta cautela e con le dovute precauzioni ho provato a pulire la testina dall'inchiostro in eccesso. Ciò nonostante, dopo il riavvio del plotter l'errore compare ancora. 

Avete dei suggerimenti da darmi per risolvere il problema?

hello, the printer generated the error "probable header error".

very carefully and with precautions I tried to clean the head from excess ink. However, after restarting the plotters the error appears again.

Do you have any suggestions to give me to solve the problem?
