When I print, the beginning of the print job is good and then within about 10 inches the color starts to get messed up.  It seems that the cyan is what seems to be messed up. I have changed the ink and printhead and still have the same issues.  Any ideas???

please follow the link  to print the image diagnostic print  directly after the defect appears  ex: try printing a full color test page  to determine all the missing colores or the defective printhead

check by replacing the printhead if some ink is coming out from the printhead on a paper tissu

check the expiry date too .if all looks good reinstall the printhead . and perform clean printhead 2 times

if still problem persist replace printhead

please give us a feedback

take care
