Product: HP DesignJet Z5600 PostScript Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP DesignJet Z5600 PostScript Printer does not startup and give this feil message: if the problem persists, check for the latest firmware release. and when I try to download the last version of the firmware i get this message: Not Found The requested URL /pub/softlib/software13/printers/Z5600/PUMA_04_01_00.1.fmw was not found on this server.

What i have to do?

Dear Sir

Usually it is a general firmware error 79:04  that comes at the upper side of the front panel .

I need the right error code  that is a number  79:04 or 73:00 or 21:13 ...  and of course please remove all inks and all media , paper .

 please just open the front door ( where you can see the printing ) and restart the printer .

let me know what comes on the front panel as a picture .

if the front panel ask you to close the front door  please close it and give me the error on the screen ( the number )
