hi there, i have a z6 printer and this error has come up, i cant run any diagnostic as its stuck on this screen, any advice would be much appreciated

According to service documentation this is an issue with scan axis motor movement. Typically caused by an obstruction of some sort in the paper path or a dirty or damaged encoder strip. A failed motor is always a possibility as well.
