Thank you for the quick reply and the information. 

 

Unfortunelty there is no way to specify option 60 in the ZyXel firewal, I will inquire with the manufacturer. 

 

After changing the Option 60 format in the phone to Binary, it stopped changing the subnet mask and phone is working ok.
