Bonjour,

J’utilise actuellement le téléphone Poly E100 en mode Microsoft Teams. Dans notre environnement, nous avons mis en place un système de code d’autorisation pour les appels interurbains. Lorsque je compose un numéro de type 91819595xxxx, le téléphone me demande d’entrer le code, comme prévu. Cependant, même en saisissant le bon code, j’obtiens un message indiquant que le code est incorrect.

À noter que lorsque le Poly E100 est configuré en mode SIP uniquement, l’appel est acheminé correctement avec le même code, sans problème.

J’ai rencontré un problème similaire avec les téléphones Yealink MP56 en mode natif Teams. Ce dysfonctionnement a été corrigé suite à une mise à jour de l’application Teams (Android) sur ces appareils.

Pensez-vous avoir une solution à cela svp?

I'm currently using the Poly E100 phone in Microsoft Teams mode. In our environment, we have implemented an authorization code system for long-distance calls. When I dial a number like 91819595xxxx, the phone prompts me to enter the code, as expected. However, even when I enter the correct code, I get a message stating that the code is incorrect.

Note that when the Poly E100 is configured in SIP-only mode, the call is routed correctly with the same code, without any issues.

I encountered a similar issue with Yealink MP56 phones in native Teams mode. This issue was fixed following an update to the Teams app (Android) on these devices.
