Hello,

 

We have sucessfully configured Polycom IP335 phones. But when dialing the number the calls connects and IVR plays when dialing desired extensions the DTMF is not recognizing the entries.

It is always helpful to list what SIP server and the UCS version on the phones.

 

There are a few ways to send DTMF so it depends on what your system supports.  Here is a generic article on trouble shooting IVR issues.
