HP Recommended

We have 8 VVX-401 IP phones that network needs to be configured to new provider's server (from CenturyLink to RingCentral). We don't have custom password that would allow us to get to menu to reconfigure the network settings. The former IT network tech passed and left files that do not list the custom password. We have reset the phones to factory settings, but still can't access the administrator portal... only user portal is accessible. 

 

Anyone have a suggestion.
