Hello,
I had problemsin the past to get my CS100 work with Win 10, and could get it sorted by installing the driver I downloaded from the Polycom website : plcm-communicator-v3-0-0-29.exe
I tried it again yesterday with a new laptop, also running Win 10, and it worked again.
The only thing not working very well is the "mute" button : whe you press it, the device goes on mute, but it does not always trigger the "mute" pop-up on the laptop, and it does not toggle the "mute" indicator of my conference application (Bluejeans). I have to trust the red light on the deivce to know if I am on mute or note. The rest is OK.
