Poly E300 connected to Genesys Cloud (firmware 8.2.2.1176) phones sporadically freeze up. Re-boot fixes issue but seems to come back after a while. Phone is very slow to dial out. Display does not display correct numbers and may jump to different screens. Maybe a phone CPU or cache issue? Issue caused by receiving certain traffic or packets?
