We're using Poly Lens to provision our Poly devices and we have some Trio 8500 devices in USB mode which are connected to the Windows Rooms (G10T). We have a device model policy as below which was working since 2 years till this week, which we noticed issue today, our devices were in Teams mode, not in USB mode anymore. The policy is in Poly Lens still there as below:

But not reflecting to the device anymore as below:

although this working for C60 Trio Spiders. But not Trio8500 anymore.
 

And another note: We provisioned a fresh device to see how it will behave and fresh provisioned device does not show the base profile from account device model policy anymore but it is set in the account device model policy.

 

Do you have any idea about it?
