VVX 350

I have a Poly VVX 350 using a Poly Blackwire c5220 usb headset.  For some reason the call volume will not persist across calls.  It always returns to default volume.  The config file shows that <WEB voice.volume.persist.usbHeadset="1"
/> is set.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Ensure that the headset is plugged properly into the USB port and inline controller.
  • Ensure your headset firmware is up-to-date.
  • Test the headset with a different desk phone.
