Newbie to poly phones but I connected a ccx 400 to Teams with a common area license and was trying to change the IP phone policy to allow the voicemail to show on the screen, firstly the display did not change after a reboot is there something else i need to do to get it to accept the new policy, it has the CAP display at the moment but I wanted the user interface so I get the voicemail button.
second question is will the voicemail work, Im finding conflicting onfo on using voicemail with a common area license.
