I am trying to setup a phone IP 301

It is connected to the network and is managable using WebGui, It is also registered on the Asterisk Server.

I can make calls to the extension and have a two way conversation.

However the Phone itself shows - Link is Down error message

When I press <Menu> - Status - Network and scroll down to the LAN Port it reports that the LAN Port is Inactive.

Need some help to turn on the LAN port

Hi Nilam

 

Have you checked the port config on the switch?

 

It may be that the port negotiation is failing possibly due t speed or duplex configuration...
