I've updated the firmware to the lastest version available in the web.
After the update, which was successful, the device will continuously reset every 45 seconds.
I have done the factory reset but the device is still doing the same, reboot after 45 seconds.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance.

Ensure that you do not have a provisioning server or Lync handling your updates. I had an issue where I would update the Phone and Lync would overwrite the firmware and then the provisioning server would then downgrade and it became in infinite loop of firmare updates.
