Trio C60-M

Hello,

We are having problems with Poly Trio C60 as Zoom Rooms controller. After we update to Poly software version 9.0.1, the device no longer will communicate on the network. We cannot access the web interface of the device, and can not ping it.

I was advised to try factory resetting the device, which I did, but still seeing the same issue. I did see an error message after factory reset that said "Invalid Provisioning Details" right before the device went offline.
