Greetings all. I am coming here hoping to be enlightened on configuring a VVX 600 and Expansion module.

 

To give a bit of background on the situation we currently use an on-prem FreePBX version 15.0.17.55 server. The previous IT person passed away and left no documentation or up to date credentials. I am clueless when it comes to configuring the phones themselves. There is nobody else except me having to figure it out.

 

All I am trying to do is set up the expansion module to show the line keys without having to use the fill the first 16 on the phone, and just set customizable line keys. 

 

When I try setting the index via the favorites through the directory, it does not seem to work as intended. I have also verified that the version I have for the phone is the current firmware of 5.9.8.5760

 

When I access the web interface of the phone, under Utilities there is no section for the Expansion Module.

 

What am I missing?
