Hi HP,
I am trying to use a polycom Trio C60 as a Zoom room controller but out of the box has the firmware version 5.9. I am trying to update this using the instructions here. https://docs.poly.com/bundle/polyvideomode-ag-4-3-0/page/updating-a-paired-poly-trio.html . But this does not work, the phone does not reboot or react to the update request.
I also tried to update from a USB but the instructions here. https://docs.poly.com/bundle/trio-c-ag-9-0-0/page/update-pvos-using-a-usb-flash-drive.html dont match what i see in poly lens. There is no download for PVOS anywhere from what I can see.

I contacted HP Support.
What seems to work is.
1) Factory Reset the phone
2) initialise the phone as a teams phone
3) go into settings and enable Web Server with HTTP/HTTPS
4) Log onto the web server for the phone
5) update to the oldest FW option (8.1.5)
6) Update to the latest FW option
Before I was setting it to generic profile or the Poly Connect option on the phone. Which I had no luck with.
