Hey All,
Quick and to the point; Is there a way to tag a VLAN for the phone uplink, and a separate VLAN ID for the pc port?
I.E. EdgeMarc 4550 (Tagged Only) > Dumb Switch > Phone
Phone will be on VLAN 10, and when set in the GUI, the phone gets an IP (DHCP handed out by the EdgMarc). PC plugged in does not get DHCP.
With a Yealink T22 phone, I can tag VLAN 10 for Uplink, and VLAN 1 for PC Port, and all works seemlessly. I like Polycoms much better, and was hoping there is a solution aside from a managed switch.
Thanks in advance.
