Hi,

 

Does anyone run VVX 1500 across IPSec tunnel? We notice that the video packets are heavily fragmented instead of adjusting the size down after the PMTU discovery. The VVX 1500 does not seem to honor the PMTU. 

 

This is with SIP firmware 3.3.5.

Firmware 3.3.5 is pretty ancient, considering the VVX 1500 has version 5.1.2 available for it.

 

I would suggest upgrading and then trying again, as I suspect the video handling would be much improved in newer firmware as the integration was done for the VVX 500 and VVX 600 with cameras.
