hello 

I'm using an HP Pavilion X360 laptop model no. 14-dh-1178-tu. I'm facing an audio driver issue on my laptop. i couldn't download an Intel high-definition audio driver or a Realtek audio driver. I have tried all possible ways to download audio drivers, but every time I try to install a driver from Device Manager, it encounters a problem. Would anyone please suggest a possible troubleshooting step to solve this issue?
