HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I paired my AirPods to my new HP Envy and they worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden, whilst they say 'Paired' they won't connect. The exact same thing has happened with my wife's HP Envy. All the troubleshooting articles tell you the exact same thing, but I've done all that, as I said they used to work perfectly!

@SteveMcN -- if the AirPods are paired, that should be the "connection" that you need.

Can you "unpair" the AirPods from any BlueTooth source, and/or use the BlueTooth app on your Envy, to "forget" or "disconnect" them?  Then, start again to "pair" them.

Are you using the AirPods to connect to different devices, e.g. sometimes to your Envy and sometimes to a smart-phone? Can they be paired to only one device at a time?
