If your HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr1000i is no longer syncing your Apple devices with iTunes, but it worked fine a month ago, try the following steps:

1. Check iTunes & Apple Services

Ensure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.
 Download latest iTunes: Apple’s website

Restart both your PC and Apple device.

Try a different USB port or cable.

2. Update Apple Mobile Device Driver

Disconnect your Apple device.

Press Win + XDevice Manager.

Expand Portable Devices and look for your Apple device.

If it has a warning icon, right-click → Update Driver.

If missing, go to Universal Serial Bus Controllers, find Apple Mobile Device USB Driver, right-click → Update Driver.

3. Restart Apple Services

Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.

Locate Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS).

Right-click → Restart.

4. Check Windows Updates

Go to Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update.

Install any pending updates and restart.

5. Reinstall iTunes & Apple Services

Uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Support, and Bonjour.

Restart your PC.

Reinstall iTunes.

6. Try a Different USB Port or PC

Some USB ports may stop working properly after updates. Try another port.

If possible, test syncing on a different PC.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
