I thought your laptop was a Bang and Olufsen system.  What is your product ID?

 

The Intel audio you mentioned earlier is only used with an external monitor (with speakers) connected to the HDMI port.   Please ensure the sound output device is NOT set to intel.

B & O use a mixer like below

[edit] Please provide your Product ID, look at the tag on your laptop

I assume you uninstalled the driver and did not remove the Realtek "card"

Thanks, this didn't work so here's the system model: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce2xxx
