Microsoft Windows 11

I own an HP Omen 30L desktop that came pre-installed with Windows 11. Whenever audio is played after the audio device has been idle for some amount of time, it will play audio as a fade in over a 3 second period. This is due to incorrect power settings for the device. This clearly affects many users and a work-around was found, https://www.reddit.com/r/HPOmen/comments/s4yhwa/omen_30l_sound_fading_in_after_idle_solution/, but that does not fix the issue for me.

Reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows 11 also does not fix the issue and the audio fade in persists. Clearly HP is aware of this issue and simply refuses to address it.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
