Dear HP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my HP laptop after performing a recent update. Following the update, I have lost both input and output audio functionality, and I cannot use the speakers or microphone on my laptop.

In addition to the loss of audio, I noticed a warning in Computer Management related to Intel Smart Sound Technology OED, which seems to be linked to the audio issue. Despite updating the audio drivers, the problem persists, and the audio devices remain non-functional.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance on troubleshooting steps or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated. If there are any additional drivers or software updates I need to install, please let me know.
