It has been almost over a week since i've had this problem. (Today is April 13th 2021.) Whenever i try to plug in my headphones, the audio is quiet, and voices on my desktop will be muffled, and quiet. The audio is ok, but it isn't that great eithe, its still quiet like i said. I've gotten a Windows HP Support agent in the past (around 3 i think) to help me with my problem. I have tried using 3 other different headphones/earbuds, and they still have the same audio problem. I've tried tinkering with audio settings, reset my computer over and over, but it still doesn't work properly. I eventually figured out that they work at a certain angle, but that gets annoying. I checked if my PC was still under warranty, but unfortunately it isn't. I really need the audio to work again for school, so unless i need to bring it to a real person for them to fix, please help in any way you can. Anything is appreciated.

Hello,
I mean that the audio works, it just works at one very specific angle. If it's not in that specific position, the audio will sound very muffled, and any human voice that my computer will play will sound deeply muffled behind the music. For example, if I was watching a YouTube video, the music will overlap the person speaking. Both audios are deeply muffled.
