Hi Team,

We are facing an audio-related issue on an HP desktop system.

Issue Details:

* The system is displaying the message: “No audio output device is installed.”
* Audio is not working on the desktop.
* We have already installed the HP/Realtek audio driver successfully.
* Realtek audio is now visible in Device Manager.
* However, the system is still not detecting any audio output device.

Troubleshooting Performed:

* Reinstalled HP audio drivers
* Ran InstallDriver.cmd and InstallApp.cmd as administrator
* Restarted the system multiple times
* Checked Windows audio services
* Verified Device Manager entries
* Attempted BIOS access for onboard audio verification

Current Status:

* Realtek driver is detected
* Still receiving “No output device found / No audio device installed”

Kindly assist further in resolving the issue and advise if any additional firmware, BIOS configuration, or hardware diagnostics are required.
