I upgraded to Windows 10 (from i think Windows 8, could be wrong) some time ago and didn't have issues. However, i have reset my pc again and my audio devices won't get recognized/detected, even though they're plugged in. This also happened the first time i reset my pc (while on Windows 10), but then i managed to fix it by installing new drivers (i don't remember how/from where). i've tried everything i could think of and followed some basic tutorials but none seem to work for me.
It would mean alot to me if anyone could help!
Thanks in advance.

You probably need to install the W10 IDT audio driver.
Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)
6.10.6504.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
