We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand that your Victus by HP 15.6-inch Gaming Laptop (15-fa0000) is showing "No output devices" and you’re unable to get any audio. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

Check Basic Settings

✔ Ensure the volume is turned up and mute is not enabled.
✔ Click the Speaker icon in the taskbar > Check if an output device is selected.

Set Default Audio Device

  1. Right-click on the Speaker icon in the taskbar.
  2. Select Sounds > Go to the Playback tab.
  3. Right-click on your audio device and click Set as Default Device.
  4. Click Apply and OK, then test the audio.

Use Windows Troubleshooter

  1. Open Settings (Win + I) > System > Sound.
  2. Click Troubleshoot under Output.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and fix issues.

Verify Audio Device in Device Manager & BIOS

  1. Press Win + X > Select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
  3. If your audio device is missing or has a yellow exclamation mark, right-click > Update Driver.
  4. Restart your laptop and check if the issue persists.
  5. Also, enter BIOS (F10 at startup) and ensure the audio device is enabled.

Use HP Support Assistant

  1. Open HP Support Assistant (pre-installed on your laptop).
  2. Navigate to Fixes & Diagnostics > Run One Click Fix - Audio Check.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
