Hello guys, I bought an hp pro 3500 microtower desktop and I was surprised that there is no sound in it knowing that I downloaded all the drivers, but the sound never worked, please what is the solution and does the computer not have an internal sound of its own, and can a technician add an internal sound inside the computer?

Hi:

The PC does not come with an internal speaker.

If you want sound  you will need to use a pair of external speakers or headphones.

Below is the link to the parts list.

HP does not list an internal speaker as a spare part, and the 3500 Pro motherboard illustration on the right side of page 4, shows no option on the motherboard to connect an internal speaker.

But Can this computer repair technician add a speaker inside the computer and be integrated with it? Thank you very much

You're very welcome.

I don't think so because the internal speaker is connected to two pins on the motherboard which your PC does not have according to that link I posted.

I suppose you can bring it to a shop and see if it is possible but from what I see, I don't think it is.
