Just purchased a set of HP 24ES monitors in bundle from Costco.  Was setting them up and I can't seem to figure out how to get audio to work.  They don't (to my knowledge) have internal speakers and there is no audio-out port.  Set one up with my 2019 macbook pro and the audio obviously would only come out of the laptops built-in speakers, is my only option to plug computer speakers into the headphone jack on the computer?  I was also planning to use the other monitor with a playstation 4, however it has no internal audio source nor a headphone jack so will it even work?  Or is the only option to use headphones?

Hi! @zshereck,

I have checked the records and there are no speakers connected to this monitor.

So you cannot play audio from the monitor. However, you can connect an external speaker to the PC to get the audio.

Refer the product specifications page of the monitor from the manufacturer for more information. Click Here

Hope this answers your query!

Have a great day! 🙂
