Since I got this computer I have had nonstop audio issues, I have double checked with the internet service to make sure it was nothing on their end, I work from home so I count on this computer for a living, I have even contacted my works IT department on several separate occasions, they have exhausted their efforts on helping me with this audio problem, we use an internet phone to work, I even bought a new headset in hopes that was the problem with relief .

Hello, Tay_Mermaid. I'm so sorry to hear this. Since you've tried switching audio output devices, I think it might be the sound card on your PC. If it's a desktop, I recommend installing a sound card. There are many great cheap sound cards out there, even external ones. I really hope this helps, have a great day! Thanks for reaching out. 😃

You're saying you have VOIP? If so, so do I and I use an HD videocam on my desktop and it works fine with Zoom meetings. So, I don't think the issue is just using VOIP.
How old is the desktop?
