I have Widows 10 on my desktop PC. It came installed. After a Windows 10 update, my computer lost audio capabilities. Tried to update new driver but couldn't find a download on HP site. How can I get the audio to work?

I got the sound back by resetting the Microsoft audio app. Thank you very much for your time and effort in helping me, Paul.

Hi:
The model you posted appears to be for a printer.

Hi:
See if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again...
This package provides the Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

You must have W10 in S mode then.
You can only install drivers and software from the windows store on the W10 S operating system.
That driver is right from your PC's support page.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you get the sound to work.
