@Chellycury -- Please can help me?

Yes, I can try to give direct advice.

It is surprising that a brand-new computer needs any additional "device-driver" software, especially one that was preloaded with Windows 11.

Have you connected any speakers to the green-coloured pin-hole socket on the computer, and turned those speakers on? Or, have you connected a headset to the "headphones-out" socket on your computer?

Within the "Settings" app, search for "audio output". Your computer may have a few choices for where to send the audio-output stream:

  1. through an HDMI cable into a monitor that has its own built-in speakers,
  2. through the audio-out socket to your speakers,
  3. through the headphone-out socket to your headphones,
  4. via Bluetooth to a headset,
  5. via Bluetooth to a wireless speaker/boom-box.

Select from the above devices, to match your available hardware.

So you have the realtek audio driver installed, not all understood..

If it was not present, you must have installed it at some point , no ?

1. no windows 11 drivers

None are needed, because the correct device-drivers are included within Windows 11.

2. try windows 10 drivers

I think that is a bad idea -- see #1, above.  Any device-drivers that worked with Windows 10 probably needed to be upgraded, to be compatible with Windows 11.  So, "downgrading" is not going to work. on your computer.
