So the Beats Audio Control Panel does not open. I search it up on start menu and it says, "Windows is searching up for IDTNC64.cpl. To locate the file yourself, click Browse." How do I get it back?

Unfortunately, there is no fix that I know of for that problem.

I'm having the same issue.  No beats audio, and headphone jacks do not work.  Is there really no solution to this?  No way to use external speakers of any sort?

I spent 3 days trying to restore sound after I refreshed my computer. This finally did the trick.  I have a 4 year old Phoenix Envy and don't even think they have a sound card, and I was trying to work on the computer in any way possible. Even had remote help. This did the trick!  Thank you so much. Much appreciate not having to buy a new computer.  I'm sending the news to my assistant next.  He will be surprised!
