My HP Pavilion desktop Beats Audio card is not working. It is not even showing in the control panel. How do I get new drivers to activate this card? When I try to access this card I get an error message that the system cannot find the file IDTNC64.cpl. Apparently this has been disabled for some time. Apparently this may have occurred when I converted to Windows 10.

You're very welcome.
Sorry that driver didn't work. The driver should have automatically installed the Beats audio GUI if the driver was supported in your model.
You may want to consider purchasing a PCIe x1 sound card that works with W10, and not deal with the problem anymore.
Something like this, or there are many others to choose from.

Paul, my apologies, Yes. Your suggestion did work and very well too. the Beats Audio gui did come up. My problem now is with my microphone inputs. Still tracking that down. For now I am not going to buy a new card. this will help me a lot as it is. I will pursue the microphone exercise some more. There appears to be some additional setting I need to reach in Windows 10. Good education. thanks again for your guidance.
