Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Tower
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After recent Windows 10 Pro Update Version 1909, Bluetooth was no longer working. Decided I should do a restore back to when it did work. Much to my surprise there were no restore points. Checked device driver and did not see Bluetooth anywhere. Went to HP website and downloaded and installed the Intel Bluetooth driver. Still no Bluetooth in Device Manager. Bluetooth headphones still don't work.

 

Is there something more I can do?

So the bluetooth was there before the update and now it no longer appears in the settings?

Bring your computer to a tecnic. It isn't very common, it's very strange!
