Does the glitching occur when playing games?  If so it can be design problem were the priority of the gaming devices take precedence over the Bluetooth requirements.   The video, network and disk traffic has priority in the system buss over the bluetooth signale.

This is a guess

I have seen this problem on my own system.  I cannot use the HDMI audio when my RTX-2080 is heavily loaded.  Too much buzzing and popping noise.  If I disable the temperatures sensor fan controls the noise in the speakers goes away but is still noticeable.  Unfortunately, the system quickly overheats.  I solved this by using external speakers and no longer use the ones in the monitor.

If the problem occurs all the time then it is a headset quality issue.  If only during gaming do not upgrade the headset as the problem will be there even with noise canceling headsets.
